01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account, or booking a service on Glam Mantra, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

02. Bookings & Cancellations

We strive to provide premium wellness experiences. To maintain our schedule and respect our therapists' time:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our system.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• Late cancellations or "no-shows" may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the booking amount.

03. Payments & Refunds

Pricing for all services is clearly displayed during the booking process.

• All payments are processed securely. Applicable taxes (such as GST) are calculated and shown at checkout.
• Promotional codes must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be retroactively applied.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

04. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Glam Mantra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or exhibit suspicious activity.

05. Studio Policies

To ensure a relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly request that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior or violating our studio's safety and wellness guidelines.
